1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, about 50 cookies
1/4 c. dark rum
1/4 c. honey
8 oz. pecans, ground
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar, and blend thoroughly. Shape into small balls, about 1" round with wet hands. Roll in sugar (optional). Store in tightly covered container.

These taste better after being aged for a few days. You may also substitute bourbon for the rum.
