4 Eggs - well beaten
2 Cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 Cups Flour - Sifted
2 teaspoons Baking Powder - Sifted
1 Cup Milk (heated slightly) with 2 Tablespoons Butter
Frosting:
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 5 Tablespoons Cream
1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter 1-1/4 Cup Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cake:
Beat eggs well - then continue to beat while gradually adding sugar.
Add vanilla, flour and Baking Powder
Heat milk and butter until butter is just melted and add to flour mixture
Bake in a Greased and floured 9 x 12 cake pan 40 minutes or until done.

Frosting: In sauce pan combine and heat brown sugar, butter, cream and coconut until butter is melted. Pour over warm cake and brown under broiler - watch carefully.
