3 eggs - beaten
1 Tablespoon Maple Flavoring or Pure Maple Syrup
1-1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

3 Cups Oatmeal
1 to 1-3/4 cups Brown Sugar
2-1/4 cup Flour
1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2-1/2 teaspoon Salt
1-1/2 cups raisins (optional)
2/3 cup Pecans or Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine and bend first three ingredients.
In large bowl combine the next seven ingredients.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix by hand.
Drop by spoonfuls of dough on greased cookie sheet or better yet use parchment paper.
Bake at 375 º 10 to 15 minutes
