1/4 c. Soy Sauce
2 T. Sugar
2, 5 -oz. Cans Water Chestnuts, drained
10 Slices Bacon, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce and sugar for 30 minutes. Wrap bacon slice around each chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Place on a rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crisp. Serve hot.
