1 quart cucumbers peeled
1 quart onions
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
1 large cauliflower
1/2 cup pickling salt

Brine-
6 cup sugar
4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 oz mustard seed
1 cup flour
4 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Put vegetables through coarse blade of food chopper. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of pickling salt, cover with water and let stand overnight.
In morning drain and rinse well. Combine remaining ingredients and boil until clear. Add vegetables and boil 1/2 hour. Put in sterilized jars and seal
