1 Angel Food Cake, whole, broken up
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid
4 envelopes Dream Whip
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin'
3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Dream Whip using 2 bowls (2 envelopes each). Refrigerate.
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water. Add boiling water, stir. Add sugar and mix well. Add pineapple and chill until it starts to thicken. Add one bowl of dream whip and fold in cake pieces. Spread into a 13"x9"x2" pan. Chill 10 minutes. Spread rest of dream whip on top and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
