Double recipe:

2 lbs butter
2 c sugar
2 c chopped pecans
2 egg yolks
8 c flour
24 oz raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks and flour. Mix well. Roll into small balls, roll in nuts. Place on cookie sheet right next to each other. Form well in center of cookie with thumb. Bake at 275º for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off and fill with raspberry jam. Let sit in oven overnight so jam dries out.
