2 lg. eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 c. flour
1 pinch salt
1 egg white, slightly beaten
sugar and cinnamon
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 3 ingredients. Stir in scant 3 cups flour and pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill very well. Cut off small amount and roll on floured board as thin as possible. Cut with cookie cutters, brush with slightly beaten egg white and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and sugar and several pieces of chopped nuts. Bake in 375º oven. Watch carefully. Do not burn.
