For double recipe (because we always make lots!):
2 - 3 oz pkgs cream cheese softened
2 - 5 oz jars Neufchatel (pimento) cheese spread
2 - 16 oz cans sliced peaches - drained and cut into smaller pieces - Reserve 1/4 c juice
2 - 2 - 13 1/2 oz cans pineapple tidbits - drained
2 - 11 oz cans mandarin orange sections - drained
2 c miniature marshmallows
2 c cool whip

Directions:
Beat softened cream cheese with the cheese spread. Beat reserved peach juice into cream cheese mixture. Fold fruits and marshmallows into cheese mixture. Fold in cool whip. Chill until set.
