Baking potatoes
Sour cream (fat free or low fat is fine)
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Parmesan Cheese
Real bacon bits
Salt, pepper
Garlic Powder
Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Wash, poke and bake potatoes until done.

Take a slice off the potato to give enough opening to scoop out insides.

To potato insides add sour cream and mash with a fork. Add seasoning and a some cheese. Scoop back into potato skin, overfilling.

Bake about 30 minutes -- until potato is piping hot.
