1 lb ground beef
1 sm can mushrooms
3/4 can French Fried Onion Rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can layered refrigerator biscuits
1 c sour cream
1 beaten egg
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, stir in mushrooms and onion rings. Heat soup until bubbly, stir in 2/3 c sour cream, add to meat. Put in a 1 1/2 qt. cassarole dish. Cut biscuits in half. Place biscuits, cut side down, to cover top of meat mixture. Mix 1/3 c sour cream, egg and salt. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes, uncovered. Add remaining onion rings before serving
