1 small pkg. Oreo cookies
¾ to 1 C melted margarine
12 oz Cool Whip
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
¾ C sugar
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2½ C milk

Directions:
Grind cookies in blender, 6 to 7 at a time. Reserve ¼ cup. Spread remaining crumbs in bottom of 9x13 pan. Drizzle margarine over crumbs. Refrigerate until smooth. Beat sugar, cream cheese and ½ cool whip. Spread over crust, refrigerate ½ to 1 hour. Mix pudding mix and milk until smooth. Spread over cream cheese layer, refrigerate again, ½ to 1 hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Keep refrigerated.
