1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
¼ C sour cream (double for large box pudding)

Fruit: canned peaches, mixed fruit, nectarines,banana,chunked pineapple, any berries, grapes

Directions:
Directions:
I cut grapes in half, strawberries into quarters, others into bite size pieces.

Make pudding using juice from pineapple and other canned fruit. Mix in sour cream and crushed pineapple. Add fruit.

Refrigerate until serving.

Note: I use sugar free/fat free pudding and lowfat sour cream.
