1 Tablespoon oil
1 small chopped onion (about 1/2 cup)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
1 can (14.5 oz) low sodium chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon salt
8 chopped leaves of cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 jar (1 lb., 10oz.) pasta sauce
1 can (14 1/2oz) diced tomatoes in juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil over med. heat, add onion and garlic, cook stirring for about 2 min.
Stir in rice, add broth and salt, heat and simmer until rice is tender about 15 min.
Add the rest ingredients heat and simmer covered until cabbage is tender
about 20 min.
Uncover and let thicken up a little
