Breakfast Casserole Recipe

12 slices bread, torn in pieces
1 pound cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten slightly
1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 tsp dry mustard
Next day...
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 small can mushrooms, optional

In a greased pan, layer bread, sausage and cheese. Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard together and pour over the bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, spread the evaporated milk and mushroom soup on the casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
