4¼ to 4¾ C all-purpose flour (we prefer bread flour or 1/2 and 1/2)
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 C milk
1/3 C sugar
1/3 C margarine
½ t salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups of the flour and the yeast. Heat and stir milk, sugar, margarine and salt just till warm (120-130 °F) and margarine almost melts. Add to flour mixture along with eggs. Beat with an electric mixture on low speed for 30 sec, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Using a spoon, stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6-8 min. total). Shape dough into ball. Place dough in a greased bowl; turn once to grease surface. Cover and let rise in a warm place till double (about 1 hour)

Punch down dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Shape the dough into desired rolls. Cover and let rise in warm place till nearly double.
