8 eggs
milk (no more than ½ C)
cinnnamon, to taste (maybe ½ t)
nutmeg, (maybe ½ t)
1 t vanilla
Texas toast bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Dip bread in egg mixture on both sides. Cook on hot griddle.

Serve hot with syrup.
