Any red Jello such as black cherry or red raspberry or even strawberry. May also use lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. cranberry conserve, or raw cranberries, chopped
1 c. finely chopped apples, such as Granny Smith or Honey Crisp
1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
1/3 c. nutmeats, preferably walnuts

Prepare Jello , adding 1 c. hot water and 1/2 c. cold water. and allow to thicken slightly. When thickened, add above ingredients, stirring in well. Allow to set up completely in refrigerator, Serve on lettuce leaves, with a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.
