Ingredients:  
Boneless, skinless chicken breast (3-4 oz per person)
olive oil
Soy Sauce
Ginger
Sliced onion
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 C chicken broth
2 T cornstarch
Whole grain pasta, cooked or Wild Rice, cooked

Your choice of vegetables,cleaned and cut into bite size pieces. My favorites:
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Carrots, sliced
Fresh mushrooms
Peppers
Water Chestnuts
Asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken breast, saute in a little olive oil with onion and garlic. Add Soy Sauce and some ginger. Add Corn Starch to chicken broth and add to chicken mixture. Add vegetables, cover and cook about 5 min. Mixture should thicken. Stir in cooked rice or pasta. Serve hot.
