4 half boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 garlic clove, pressed
1-2 t chili powder
½ t salt
1 C onion, sliced thin
1 C green and/or red pepper, cut in strips
Salsa, (I use medium) this is the "pizza sauce" use as much/little as you want -- I use 1-16oz jar
2 C (8oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Rolled out on stone/pan and baked until lightly brown (425ºF, 8-10 min)


Original recipe called for using oil in pan to cook chicken, I never use it -- Cook chicken in pan, with garlic, chili powder and salt. Add veggies and cook until crisp-tender.

Spread salsa on par-baked crust. Spoon chicken mixture over salsa (use slotted spoon to remove excess juice) Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
