2 - 8 oz cream cheese
1- 8 oz sour cream
Approximately 20 pieces of ham (chopped)
Green onions (1-2 bunches depending on what you like)
8 burrito size tortillas

Directions:
I let the cream cheese soften a bit, add all other ingredients and stir with a hand mixer. Spoon onto tortilla and spread (leave about a 1/4 inch of the edge of tortilla clean. Roll tortilla and set on a long cookie sheet. Once you have rolled all 8 tortillas, place cookie sheet in refrigerator and let cool (and harden a bit) Once hardened, cut. I serve with salsa.
