7-8 oz Lobster tail

Sauce:

½ stick butter (4 T)
1 t lemon juice
¼ t white pepper (black is fine)
¼ t salt
¼ t garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add seasoning.

Prepare lobster: If frozen, thaw in cold water, rinse. Put finger between shell and membrane to loosen shell. Use a kitchen shears to cut the top of the shell off, down one side, down the other, and across the top of tail -- will be a rectangle piece.

Place on tray.

Pour sauce over lobsters and broil on high 7-9 minutes until done. Meat should be 145 °F.
