Ingredients:
Round steak or sirloin (about 1 lb)
Hamburg Helper Stroganoff Mix
Salt & Pepper
Garlic powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef in thin strips (sometimes easiest if partly frozen) I usually sprinkle with a little tenderizer.

Add to frying pan with some water. Get water boiling, turn down to simmer and cover. Let water boil off, and meat brown. Add more water, break up meat with a spatula. When meat is tender and broken into bite size pieces, follow directions on Hamburg Helper box. Can add an additional handful of pasta to stretch the meal.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is not a homemade recipe, but it is an easy dinner. If round steak is used, it will take a couple of hours to get the meat nice and tender, but flavor will be good.
