1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 heaping c. of pecan halves (3 oz. can)
3 whole eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Add pecans (Suggest cutting half of pecans coarsely and adding the rest on top.)
Pour into a 9 inch pastry shell. Bake at 375º for 40 to 50 minutes. Also for a little more body to the pie, try adding 9 finely crushed Ritz crackers to the Mixture.
