1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
3 T butter, melted
2 1/2 cups flour
1 T sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1 T dry minced onion
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 egg white, slightly beaten
additional Parmesan and Italian Seasoning for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and melted butter. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, Parmesan, minced onion, and Italian seasoning. Stir in sour cream mixture. Place dough on floured board and knead until smooth. Divide dough into two round loaves. Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg white. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Cut an X about 1/2 inch through top of each loaf. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Makes 2 loaves.
