5 lbs potatoes
8 oz cream cheese
4 T. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Cup. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil peeled potatoes until tender.

Put potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper in a crock pot. Mix together with an electric mixer

Add butter to top. Cook in crock pot on low 2-3 hours.

You can make up to a week ahead and freeze. Don't bake before freezing. Thaw, then bake it takes a long time for this to thaw so plan on thawing at least a day ahead.

I usually make up the day before, refrigerate and then cook in crock pot on low 2-3 hours
