Don't use salt when cooking corn-on-the-cob it makes it tough use

To bake potatoes faster let them stand in hot eater for 15 min. before baking.
Keep rice grains separated while cooking by adding a little lemon juice or vinegar.
Season cooked carrots with butter, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
To keep half onions fresh rub cut side with butter.
Freeze avocados by cutting in half and store in vacuumed seal bag. remove pit.
