6 large eggs
2 cups whipping cream
3 ounces Parmesan cheese
3 T flour
2 T sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
6 medium sized onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Stir eggs, cream and Parmesan. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt gradually. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions. Cook stirring often 30-40 minutes or until carmel colored. Remove from heat. Stir onions into egg mixture. Turn into lightly greased 13 x 9 casserole. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
