2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. milk, luke warm
3 tbsp. sugar
3 lg. eggs, room temperature
1/2 lb. butter, softened
6 c. flour
Nut, apricot or poppyseed filling

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm milk. Combine sugar, eggs, salt, sour cream and butter. Mix well. Add yeast mixture and about 6 cups flour (1/3 at a time). Knead on floured surface till smooth. Divide into 4 parts. Roll out on floured surface to rectangle shape. Spread with filling, leaving edges bare. Roll up from long end, like a jelly roll. Place on 2 greased baking sheets. Brush with beaten egg. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes.
