Ingredients:  
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, quartered
Florets from small head of cauliflower
1 red onion, sliced and pulled into rings
1 green pepper, in strips
1/2 c. pimiento, sliced
1/2 c. olive oil
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
black pepper to taste
2 small head of lettuce, torn in pieces
1/2 c. bleu cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the mushrooms, cauliflower, red onion, green pepper, and pimiento. Set aside. Mix together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, seasoned salt,and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and marinate overnight. Just before serving, toss the marinated vegetables with the torn lettuce and sprinkle with the crumbled bleu cheese.
