1 head broccoli, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 T olive oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 T lemon juice
1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 º. Place broccoli on a large jelly roll pan. Toss minced garlic with broccoli. Drizzle 3 T olive oil then season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven 20-25 minutes until tender. Toss in lemon juice, cheese and 1 T olive oil. Serve immediately.
