4 Boneless Pork chops (About ¾-1-Inch Thick)
4 Slices Bacon, Uncooked
4 Cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
⅔ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Spray a 13 x 9-inch Baking Pan with non-stick spray or line with parchment or foil.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and garlic.

In another bowl, mix the cheeses.

Place pork chops in prepared pan, being careful to leave room between the chops.

Distribute the garlic/sugar mix evenly over the top of each pork chop. Lay a slice of bacon diagonally on top of each pork chop; tuck ends of bacon under each chop.

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5-10 minutes to melt cheese.
