1 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
8 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Bailey's
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients to make crust. Press into a 9" spring form pan, setting pan on foil and mold around sides of pan.
Mix cream cheese with sour cream and beat until fluffy and smooth. Add cream and blend. Add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Melt chocolate carefully. When slightly cooled, add Bailey's. Gradually stir into cake mixture. Add vanilla.
Pour into prepared crust and bake for 50 minutes (may take longer). With oven door ajar, leave cake in turned off oven for 1 hour. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.
To serve, garnish with chocolate curls and whipped cream.
