1/3 cup goat cheese - Chevre (block) -Trader Joe's
1 Tablespoon pistachio nuts, shelled, roasted and minced
1 Tablespoon confectioner's sugar
8 Medjool dates (Trader Joe's or Whole Foods-can refrigerate for up to 2 months)
Pomegranate molasses for drizzling (Whole Foods)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together goat cheese, pistachios, and confectionary sugar.
Cut a slit lengthwise in each date and remove the pit.
Fill each date with one tablespoon of goat cheese mixture.
Place filled dates on a serving plate and drizzle with pomegranate molasses.

Can make several hours ahead and refrigerate. Return to room temperature before serving.
