2 Medium Granny Smith Apples
3 Tablespoons Caramel Sauce
2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
⅛ Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Flour
Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce, to Garnish

Directions:

Peel apples and slice off an ⅛ of an inch of the top.

Scoop out the core. Each apple should have a hole all the way through the middle when finished.

Turn the apple upside down and make narrow cuts going downward starting from the top to the bottom all the way around the entire apple
.
Place apples in slow cooker and place 1 1/2 tablespoons of caramel sauce in the middle of each apple.

Mix together the filling by whisking together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour. Spread on top of the apples.

Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.

When done, lift the apples out of the slow cooker and top with a scoop of ice cream and caramel sauce.
