1/2 c. - 1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. - 1 c. sour cream - use more sour cream than mayo
Splash cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
Oregano
Pepper
3 shallots
4-6 oz. bleu cheese

Caramelize shallots and cool. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, pepper and blue cheese. Add cooked shallots. Let flavors meld in fridge.
