1 lb. rotini
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cans light tuna
2 cans white tuna
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 c. scant milk
2 1/2 tbsp. Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning
1 tbsp. scant Old Bay

Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, saute onions in some olive oil, add garlic to wilt. Add all four cans of tuna and stir to break up chunks. Add Tony C's and Old Bay and stir. Stir in mayo until any lumps are gone. Stir in milk. Set to simmer. I usually add a few glugs of red hot, too.

Cook rotini and drain, but don't rinse, and put back in cooking pot. Add tuna stuff and stir. Serve with heart monitor and more red hot.
