3 – 4 cloves garlic
½ c olive oil
¼ c salad oil
1 egg yolk
1½ T lemon juice
dash cayenne pepper
¼ c white wine

Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour into jar or storage container. Keep covered in refrigerator.
