12 slices ham
2 lbs. potatoes
2 lbs. Velveeta
pepper
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ham slices until brown. Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and slice. Layer ham on bottom of casserole. Add sliced potatoes and cheese. Repeat layering while peppering each layer. Melt butter in pan and add equal amounts of flour. Whisk until smooth. Add milk to make white sauce. Thicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350. May add sauteed onions, thinly sliced, to casserole.
