2 lbs. beef tenderloin steaks, cut on the bias, partially frozen
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans mushrooms, with juice
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
cooked noodles, rice or mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together flour, mustard, salt, pepper and mushrooms with liquid. Blend well. Cook sliced onions in 1/4 cup butter. Add sliced steak and brown. Stir in mushroom mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring. Stir in sour cream and heat. Do not boil. Serve with cooked noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
