Ingredients:  
2 cans - large green peas
2 - eggs, hard-boiled
1 small - sweet onion
½ c. - cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small jar - sweet relish
½ c. - mayonnaise
salt & black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the peas well, cut the onion into small cubes and put into serving bowl. Chop the eggs and add along with the cheese. Mix the relish into the mayonnaise until it is like a dressing. Pour over the peas and mix well, let chill for at least 1 hour. Mmm good!
