2 1/2 c flour
1 c lard
1 egg
1/2 T vinegar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Break egg into measuring cup and beat. Add vinegar and fill to 1/2 cup with cold water. Mix. Rub lard into flour, baking powder and salt until forms oatmeal size crumbs. Then add liquid mixture to dry with a fork until it forms a ball. Knead until smooth (very little).
