6 ears of corn or 1 bag of frozen corn
1 cup of Lima beans or 10oz package of frozen Lima beans
1 large fresh tomato diced
Chopped bell peppers: red, yellow and green

Creole seasoning
Green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn from cobs or use the frozen corn.
Heat olive oil in skillet and stir in corn and Lima beans over medium heat for about 7 minutes
Stir in tomatoes and bell peppers and add seasonings.
Add butter before serving
