Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Brown hamburger meat (2 lbs) w/onion, your choice peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce (I like hot)
1 can chopped green chilies

I have added refried beans, fresh corn when in season (or canned kernel corn), or fresh tomatoes in season.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of this with hamburger meat.

Layer on bottom of 13 x 9 casserole:
corn tortillas - then pour 1/2 of hamburger mixture
another lay of corn tortillas - then pour rest of meat over,
shredded cheese on top

Bake at 325 - 350 for about 30 minutes.

I use only corn tortillas because flour tortillas get soggy. Great as leftovers.

Elizabeth and Joseph loved this through the years and even though I don't cook much, I like to make this from time to time when they are both at home.
