1 cup flour
1 stick margarine - softened
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
8 ounce cream cheese - softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 small packages pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 pint whipping cream
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix flour and margarine until flour turns yellow, add walnuts. With palm of hand flatten the mixture until it covers the bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, cool. In large bowl mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, add pudding mix, milk and whipping cream; beat until thick. Pour over crush and chill 1 hour, spread with cool chip.
