2 packages thin sliced chicken breasts
3/4 bag fresh organic baby spinach leaves
8oz sliced mushrooms
6-8 slices prosciutto
1 heaping tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
l pkg Lipton Savory and Herb Garlic soup mix
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
non stick spray

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º Spray 13x9 baking dish. Add chicken to dish. Top chicken with prosciutto followed by spinach and mushrooms. In a small bowl, mix together the wine, garlic, oil and pkg of Herb and Garlic soup mix. Mix well and pour over entire dish. Cover lightly with foil and bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and add bag of mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is well melted about 5-8 minutes.
