Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour (rounded)
little butter
1 cup milk
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Mix juice and rind of lemon with sugar, egg yolks, flour, butter, milk, and egg whites
Bake 350º for 20-40 minutes
