2 cups granulated sugar
5 large beaten eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 loaf Kneaders cinnamon bread cut into cubes, and allowed to dry out on a cookie sheet overnight.
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan.

Heat cream and milk and sugar until skin begins to form. Add butter and stir till melted, and let cool till lukewarm.

Beat together granulated sugar, eggs, spices and vanilla in a bowl. Add to cooled milk mixture. Pour over cubed bread and let sit for 10 minutes while bread absorbs the custard.

Pour bread mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over the top and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven.
