1/8 tsp. Cream of Tarter
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat until high peaks form. Spread over your pie, all the way to the crust. Bake at 375 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
