2 8oz. blocks of cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. green pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
1 8oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients together. Form into a ball and roll in the chopped pecans. Chill over night. Serve with assorted crackers.
